ANTHONY, THANK YOU. WE ARE GETTING OUR FIRST LOOK AT SOME OF THE DAMAGE IN DODGE COUNTY. IT’S OFF HIGHWAY 275 NEAR THE TOWN OF HOOPER, KETV. NEWSWATCH SEVEN’S JOSH KRISTIANTO IS LIVE WITH THE UPDATE. JOSH. A TORNADO SWEPT THROUGH MULTIPLE PROPERTIES LEAVING A TRAIL OF DESTRUCTION BEHIND. NOW, AS YOU CAN SEE IN THIS VIDEO RIGHT HERE, JUST ONE BUILDING ON A PROPERTY THAT’S BEEN TOTALLY TWISTED AND BROUGHT DOWN AND JUST DOWN THE ROAD, ANOTHER PROPERTY THERE, TREES, BARN AND EVEN THEIR MAILBOX WAS DESTROYED. BUT THANKFULLY, THE HOUSE THERE APPEARS UNTOUCHED AND STILL STANDING. CREWS WERE OUT THERE WITH A BULLDOZER TO HELP CLEAR OUT THE DEBRIS INTO THE NIGHT. BUT WE COULD NOT CONFIRM WHETHER THERE WERE ANY INJURIES HERE. AND TAKE A LISTEN TO ONE MAN WHOSE FAMILY LIVES NEARBY. YOU COULD HEAR THE LOUD ROAR. IT’S JUST A CONSTANT ROAR. WHEN IT WAS PASSING. YEAH, VERY, VERY SCARY. BUT I COME OVER, WE HAVE SOME DAMAGE, BUT NOTHING. WE WERE BLESSED A LOT MORE. A LOT MORE DAMAGE. AS YOU GO NORTH, NORTH OF HERE. AND THAT TORNADO ALSO BRINGING DOWN PLENTY OF POWER LINES, MANY OF WHICH ARE STILL BLOCKING ROADWAYS. AND THAT JUST UNDERSCORES HOW MUCH WORK IS STILL LEFT TO BE DONE FOR EVERYONE HERE.
