Warmer today and windy! Look for highs in the 60s and 70s with winds out of the south 20-35 mph with higher gusts. Tonight, lows in the 50s with strong winds as well.
Tomorrow a cold front slams into Oklahoma and will drop temps into the afternoon. We will be warm and unstable ahead of the front and ahead a dryline that will firm up.
Storms are expected to fire in the early afternoon. These will have the chance to produce golf ball size hail, winds to 75 mph, and pose a low tornado risk.
Storms that develop in the far southeast will have the greatest risk for tornadoes if they can develop ahead of the cold front.
We will have trackers out and will bring you updates. Turning much colder Friday for St. Patrick’s Day. Lows in the 20s, highs in the 40s.
