NASA sets new date for Crew-2’s return to Earth as Crew-3 launch delayed once more

NASA will be once again delaying the Crew-3 launch from the Kennedy Space Center.Crew-3, which was originally supposed to launch on Oct. 30, will now launch no earlier than Nov. 10 at 9:03 p.m. Ahead of the launch, Crew-2 is set to splash down from the International Space Station Monday.Crew-3’s launch was delayed earlier this week due to a minor medical issue involving one of its crew members, not related to COVID-19, the agency said.NASA says the Crew Dragon Endurance is scheduled to dock at the space station around 7:10 p.m. Thursday.

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. —

NASA will be once again delaying the Crew-3 launch from the Kennedy Space Center.

Crew-3, which was originally supposed to launch on Oct. 30, will now launch no earlier than Nov. 10 at 9:03 p.m.

Ahead of the launch, Crew-2 is set to splash down from the International Space Station Monday.

Crew-3’s launch was delayed earlier this week due to a minor medical issue involving one of its crew members, not related to COVID-19, the agency said.

NASA says the Crew Dragon Endurance is scheduled to dock at the space station around 7:10 p.m. Thursday.
